Findnance

How it works

Three steps. No forms marathon. No surprises.

From first question to a specialist on the phone, here's exactly what happens — and what each number you see actually means.

Step 1 — Tell us what you're financing

Instead of a long form, you have a short conversation. We ask the minimum needed to produce meaningful numbers: what you're buying, roughly what it costs, and a little about your business. Most people finish in under two minutes, and there's no credit check at this stage — nothing touches your credit file.

Step 2 — See indicative options

We work through what you need and what your situation supports, then hand the enquiry to a licensed finance broker who prices it against what lenders are actually doing. Findnance is not a lender and does not recommend one — the broker holds the accreditations, and the panel of lenders is theirs, not ours.

What you get on screen is a calculator: your figures, a rate you set yourself on a slider, and the arithmetic. It is a guide, deliberately not a quote — nobody has assessed you at that point, so any number presented as a price would be one we made up.

What “indicative” means

Indicative figures are arithmetic on what you've told us, at a rate you chose on the slider. Nobody has priced anything: they are not an offer of credit, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of any rate. Final pricing always depends on a lender's full assessment of your application — your credit history, financials and the asset itself.

Step 3 — Get it sorted

When an option looks right, you tap Get It Sorted. From there:

  • A finance specialist reviews everything you've told us — you never repeat yourself.
  • They call at a time you choose, confirm the details, and recommend the lender and structure that genuinely fits.
  • Only then, and only with your consent, does an application go to a lender. Nothing proceeds without a human review first.
  • Your specialist manages the application through to approval and settlement, keeping you updated at each stage.

We never guarantee approval

No one can honestly promise you'll be approved — lending decisions belong to the credit provider. What we promise is a straight answer, fast, and a specialist who tells you where you stand before anything is lodged.
